A very limited edition (500 copies) of this interesting work. This translation, and subsequent publication, into English was funded by the ABN-AMRO Bank. The work was originally published in The Hague, in 1732, and, with a Dutch text, the work had an undeserved restricted audience for almost three centuries. |
